Weight Gain

That's a lot of weight to gain! Honestly, 180 may be slightly out of your reach, especially in such a short amount of time. If you want to gain pure muscle mass (I assume) you need to be sure you are doing the right type of exercises, mostly strength training. You should gradually work your way up to a couple sessions per day. I would also recommend some stretching and flexibility exercises (like yoga or pilates) to make sure you do not become muscle bound.
As for nutrition, your growing muscles will probably need a little more protein than the general dietary recommendation, but DON'T overdo it (there is a danger of kidney problems). If 15-20% of your calories come from protein, that should be plenty. Most of your carbohydrates should come from starch (rice, pasta, cereals) rather than sugar, as it has a lower glycemic index and is used efficiently by muscles. Whatever you do don't cut carbs out of your diet, because fast twitch muscle, the kind you are trying to build, relies heavily on them for energy!!!
It'll help you eat a good healthy balance of foods - and keep track of your progress. If you put in your weight on the goals section - and where you want to be, it should tell you how many calories you need each day to meet the goal. You're probably doing a fair bit of exercise too, to get in shape for practice at the end of the summer (don't forget to add in the calories used up that way - and then eat'em!). Be healthy - don't try the McD Diet the guy did to make his movie - his Dr's thought he was close to killing himself - so just adding hi-calorie foods (sugars & fats) isn't the way to go...
