Another important topic in digital addiction is being a healthy digital media literate. Although digital media is not entertaining and interesting, it is necessary to be careful in its use. It is important to develop communication within the framework of certain rules when using digital media. For this:

• Keep your private life away from social media,
• Set a goal for yourself, let social media not manage your life, let it be a tool for your goal,
