The Da Vinci Code

The Priory of Sion are blabbermouths compared with the folks at Sony. Virtually everything about the reported $125 million adaptation of Dan Brown's hugely popular theological thriller has been kept double top secret from the public.
No press were permitted on the set while the crew was shooting in Europe (code names like ''Rose Line'' were even used to disguise locations), and there have been none of the customary media screenings. ''So many people have read the book, we didn't want to give away the little bit of surprise we had to offer,'' explains Howard. Mission accomplished. (May 19)
