Years ago, I realized the importance of holistic health and made meditation a part of my life within the scope of “wellness”. During this process, I want to share with you what I saw, experienced and heard in myself and around me.

Regular and long-term practice of meditation clearly reveals the difference before and after meditation in a person’s life. It is now a fact revealed by scientists that people who meditate have a better understanding of inner peace than people who do not meditate.

Those who live a life away from meditative factors may have more difficulty in achieving inner peace due to stress, anxiety or external factors. At the same time, the possibility of experiencing more anxious and difficult days due to mental disorganization and constant flow of thoughts will unfortunately increase at a similar rate.

Meditation is also a physically effective practice, although it may not be noticeable. Putting our body in a slow mode during meditation slows down blood circulation, increases breath awareness, and reminds our whole body to rest, take a break, and be still. It reduces stress on the body and brain. It also balances our hormones.

The hustle and bustle of life keeps us energetic. Yes, it is good to produce and work, but sometimes it is necessary to take a break and rest the soul, body and mind. Whoever achieves this will have established the connection between meditation and happiness.
