Participants who prefer a work environment where teams can meet face to face regularly state that this is important for establishing connections, exploring opportunities, and maintaining an innovative attitude and learning.

Experts point out that hybrid working entered our lives with Covid-19, but it seems that it will be a long-term trend. This model, which is preferred due to the flexibility it provides, also creates new opportunities for internationalization. While fully remote working has become a less desirable option as it limits social interaction, the hybrid layout allows us to redefine the old and rigid boundaries of the working environment.

CEMS Executive Director Nicole de Fontaines stated that the graduates, many of whom will work in leadership positions in the world’s leading companies, are extremely positive about the transition to hybrid working, as it offers them the flexibility they have been longing for for many years. He stated that they were attracted to employers who offered hybrid working opportunities, and that they were more reluctant to work with employers who could not provide this flexibility.
