Aylin Aslım was born on February 14, 1976 in a small town of Germany called Lich in Germany. She got her high school education in Turkey and graduated from Beşiktaş Atatürk Anatolian High School in Istanbul.
Aylin Aslım started her amateur music career in 1994 by singing foreign songs in various venues; In 1996, he took part in the rock group called Zeytin, consisting of five people. In 1998, she founded her own band called Supersonic and was awarded the second prize in the Roxy Music Days the same year. The following year, the jury won the special award in the same organization.
Her first professional music album Gelgit was released in 2001 by Kiss Music. Aylin Aslım, who takes part in big organizations such as H2000, Creamfieds and Rockistanbul; shared the same stage with many master musicians and bands, primarily Chumbawamba, GusGus, Lamb, Tindersticks, HIM, Placebo and Macy Gray. She released Gülyabani album in 2005, Canını Seven Kaçsin in 2009 and Zümrüdüanka in 2013. Her latest album is Akustikhane Kayıtları released in 2020.
Aylin Aslım, who is also an actor in some films; sang the song “Like You” in Fatih Akın’s movie Against the Wall, released in 2004, the music of Teoman’s Balancing and Maneuver in 2005, and “Keske” in Kutluk Ataman’s Two Young Girls movie.
Aylin Aslım reinterpreted the song named Kimdi Giden Kimdi Kalan in Murathan Mungan’s Promised Songs album in 2004, A Boy Sevdim in the Onno Tunç Songs album in 2007 and Nilüfer’s Verdict song in 2008 in the album Güldünya Songs in 2007 there were traces of life with Nejat Yavaşoğulları, and in 2011, she performed a duet in the songs of Şebnem Ferah, Hayko Cepkin, Almond and TNK with Özgürce Yaşa.

In addition, the artist has an English single, Dreamer, which they made with Mert Yücel in 2004. Dreamer has risen to No. 3 in the UK and No. 1 in the United States. She is the owner of Gagarin Bar in Kaş, Turkey since 2017.
