The 3 steps of a woman's balance of give and get

Welcome… Please read this article especially for teenage girls. Because the sooner we manage to establish our GETTING – GIVING balance in this life, the more we can protect our mental, spiritual and, of course, physical health as a woman. We can connect with ourselves and then manage our relationships better.

I’m trying to share with you techniques that you can take like a pill in your life. If you’ve read my previous posts and my post on the three main powerhouses of women, you know that in the female body, the womb is the receiving and the breasts are the feeding and giving center.

I am guiding you on how you can do the activation work of these power centers within our digital application. Especially by doing the Feminine Electricity application every morning, you will be able to capture the real transformation to your internalization and behavior by reinforcing and repeating the steps I will explain in this article.

Receiving and Giving are actually two energy exchanges that should be in cycle within the cyclical body of the woman again… As you give, you receive, as you receive, you give. As this cycle works properly, you become balanced as a woman. You can also transform yourself and everything around you.

So what will you give? What should you get?

The most valuable thing a woman can give to this world is her spiritual values… You can give compassion, solidarity, love, unity and solidarity, constructive communication, knowledge, healing and peace.

So what should you get?

Likewise, you must accept and receive the people, events, symbols and information that feed you.

And now follow these 3 steps

Step 1: ME TIME

This step is a spiritual step. The receiving state is inactive. It comes easily. It comes in calm. For your state of reception, you must slow down and manage your energy properly. Even on the day when you are constantly exhausted, rushed, and have obligations, you should gift your body, mind and spirit with short-term slowdowns. As long as you stop with your conscious choice and be aware of what you have received and can receive from this life.

Information, messages, people, everything you have in your hands… Think who feeds you, who gives you care, love and information! So, who and what do you give (material and moral) but not receive? Are you keeping them in the circle of life by sacrificing yourself? Think well…

I call those moments when we stay with ourselves and look at our lives from the outside, “Me Time”. My clients and those who come to our corporate and individual trainings know this. In order for you to manage your limits, you need to focus on your life at these special hours. In this sense, I suggest you watch the “Me Time” video on my Youtube channel and meet with your stagnant state so that you can start practicing quickly.

Step 2: Time of Conversion

This step is a mental step. Creativity comes into play at this step. In other words, identifying the gifts that come from you that you have created with your own synthesis and potential… It can be sharing an experience, producing a product from knowledge, or creating a business potential.

The outputs of the conversion step should be to create benefits. In this step, I suggest you think and write.

Step 3: Action with Enthusiasm and Love

This step is usually a physical one. Giving is getting the energy out of you. It requires mental or physical action. It is the giving back to the world of those who have come out of the transformation step, like yourself, just like you.

Love and enthusiasm come out of you. This can be against your loved ones, your job, your school, your class, the painting you make, the notebook you write, the food you make, and everything you create. There is no time or place in this action. It just flows. It’s your moment…

Goddess dance and give and take balance meditation practices in our digital app reinforce this step for you.

I hope these steps will lead you to your inner peace as you find your balance of Receiving and Giving.

With love and harmony,
