The art of self-challenge

The art of self-challenge

The art of self-challenge. In the previous years, when I quit ‘I’m Happy When I Learned’, I realized my project of trying something new every day, but my environment was not very pleased. ‘I think it is time to put it into practice once more for myself. I challenge myself. I will try and evaluate the results of what I have never done, never thought of doing or said “never do”. Right now I can feel that I need it.

When you think about it for a moment, you don’t think of anything. I first made an Internet search, compiling and simplifying the ideas I found from different sources. I played with some of myself a bit. A list of 30 items has been created:

Take your walk in a different way every day. Stick to this decision for a month.

Find something you fear and do it regularly for a week.

Throw five pounds into the piggy bank every time you complain for a month. Then, with that money, you can buy someone in need.

Learn a new language.

Take a lesson for a hobby you want to do well.

Determine how you can limit your spending by making a realistic budget so that you can invest.

Travel to a new place or try a new place every weekend for three months. The only requirement is that you went there for the first time.

Spend at least nine minutes a day on physical exercise. Even if you can’t stay, this can be crazy dancing at home.

Travel and let meet new people. What we mean by travel may be small trips in the city such as museums and ancient cities. Chat with officers in places you go.

Don’t end the day without talking to someone new every day.

Answer “okay” to everything you have been told for a week and do as you please. Answer the questions as “yes”.

Attend a seminar about your career once a month. Don’t just listen to the lesson. Ask questions and set the way to connect with participants and speakers.

‘Challenge’ each other with your friends. So say something that will force it. It is for you. The best friends know us.

Play a game with friends: set an extremely low budget and try to cook delicious food before it reaches that amount. Do this in order, but it’s not always in the same house. Or do something like this: Everybody bring some kind of food with you. Nobody should tell anyone what to bring before. Try to cook a delicious meal using all the “glaze” ingredients you have.

Eat something you’ve never eaten before.

Eat raw foods for 30 days.

Solve puzzles every day (Adaptation: How about preparing puzzles every day?)

Take a new picture every day.

Teach someone something every day.

Cook something new every day.

Write something that makes you laugh every day by keeping a diary of laughter.

Write a letter.

Take a note of the one you like every day and give the list to you after 30 days.

Learn to dance. Or learn to play a musical instrument.

Write down your thoughts and how to achieve it every day about a goal you always wanted to achieve.

Learn card number, magic show or any performance.

Apply the decorating techniques you learned by watching videos at home.

Learn a new word every day.

Sell items you don’t use.

Have dinner at home.

You can also choose not to do something you love for 30 days. Not watching TV, not using social media, eating sugar free. You can even make a novel by forcing yourself to write a chapter every day.

Some of what I have seen on the charts are ordinary things like “learn something new every day” or “make a compliment to other people every day”. I see it as a must, not as a complement, to say good words to the people I already communicate with, to state what I think they do well. So I have never even mentioned such items here.

You can be sure that I will try most of the writers. But as far as I can tell, I need more. So I have to create my own list immediately. The first thing that comes to my mind at the moment is “Sit in the Falez for at least 30 minutes every day to read a book (even take your tea)”. Why wasn’t I doing it? My heart wished someone who would share this pleasure. I will do this now. I can also challenge myself by reporting the stages of this process from my other blog daily. Here is the second item.

Please help me and contribute to creating ideas. What do I do? What should I force myself? Or do you have a list?
