The Irishman is a biographical crime film directed by Martin Scorsese and written by Steven Zaillian. Based on Charles Brandt’s I Heard You Paint Houses, the film cast includes Robert De Niro, Al Pacino, Joe Pesci, Anna Paquin, Bobby Cannavale, Harvey Keitel and Ray Romano. The film follows the fate of Jimmy Hoffa, one of the two questions Americans are most curious about (whether the other aliens were born), but not Frank Hofer, but one of his closest names, Frank Sheeran.
