CRAIG WOOD (Editor) first worked with director Gore Verbinski on music videos and television commercials including the Clio Award-winning Budweiser “Frogs.”  He has teamed with Verbinski on all of his films, from the 1996 short “The Ritual,” through “Mouse Hunt,” “The Mexican,” “The Ring,” “Pirates Of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl,” for which he won the ACE award,  and now “The Weather Man.”

Wood also edited “Highway,” “Forces Of Nature,” “Secrets Of The City,” and “Spirits of the Air, Gremlins of the Clouds,” among others.  He served as an additional editor on “We Were Soldiers,” starring Mel Gibson.

Born in Sydney, Australia, Wood began his career at nineteen as an assistant editor in the documentary department at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation before moving into music videos and commercials. He edited the videos of such artists as Smashing Pumpkins, Bjork, Fiona Apple, Garbage, Tina Turner, Tom Petty, UB40 and Janet Jackson.
