Boney M, a disco and pop music group consisting of Bobby Farrell, Liz Mitchell, Marcia Barrett and Claudia Barry, took the world by storm, especially in the 1970s.
In 1974, the song “Baby Do You Wanna Bump” was released under the name Boney M by record producer Frank Farian in Offenbah-Germany, and in 1975, when Dutch discos and television channels wanted to see the group, the group had to be born.
They produced hit songs of the 1970s such as Ma Baker, Felicidad, Rasputin and Dady Cool. Their second single, Daddy Cool, was at the top of Chart 20 in Germany, the Netherlands and England for 5 weeks.
