Every morning at 07:00 and every afternoon around 15:00, a train passes through the narrow streets of Hanoi’s crowded, labyrinthine old quarter. The train’s huge locomotive is just inches away from houses, stools and people, with no safety measures in between. People have become so accustomed to this situation that it seems like a car is passing by them.
The passage of the train through the narrow streets provides unique photo opportunities for those who are interested. Train Street is located between Le Duan and Kham Tien Street in Hanoi’s old quarter. The route the train passes is called Ngo 224 Le Duan. This area is full of foreign tourists, especially during train hours.
