Special Screening Schedule

The Toronto International Film Festival’s program has announced which films will make their world premieres. Among the films to be screened at TIFF are the long-awaited films Last Night In Soho directed by Edgar Wright and Dune directed by Denis Villeneuve.

TIFF has officially announced the 13-film special screening selection. Planning to present the most important films of the year from all over the world to the audience, the festival will open its doors to moviegoers in September.

Alison Klayman – Jagged documentary on HBO Alanis Morissette (USA)
Philip Noyce – Lakewood (Canada)
Danis Goulet – Night Raiders (Canada/New Zealand)
Celine Sciamma – Petite Maman (France)
Theodore Melfi – The Starling (USA)
Denis Villeneuve – Dune (USA)
Edgar Wright – Last Night In Soho (England)

Joana Vincente, TIFF Executive Director and Co-chairman, said of the selection: “We are very proud of the variety and quality of the films we will be presenting this year.
