American nationalism. Kazakh director Timur Bekmambetov is the director of the US-made action-fantasy-horror movie. Tim Burton, the famous name of the cinema world, produced the film. The leading roles include Benjamin Walker, Dominic Cooper, Anthony Mackie, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Jimmi Simpson and Rufus Sewell. The movie is adapted to the cinema from Seth Grahame-Smith’s best-selling novel. Joshua Speed, played by Jimmi Simpson, was also one of Abraham Lincoln’s oldest friends in real life. Joshua’s brother, James Speed, served as chief prosecutor in Washington for two years.
No actor in the movie is known, and yet they have all given their roles. Benjamin Walker, who plays the role of Abraham, is very successful. Rufus Sewell, who plays the villain role, is quite remarkable in his performance. Americans have surpassed themselves! Making the vampire hunter Abraham Lıncoln the great president of the USA is not every father’s fee.
Nowadays, Abraham Lincoln, who we know as the man who abolished slavery, comes out of every stone. The man is now a Vampire Hunter… So they have craped well, the story of the movie is pretty tight. Despite this, the film manages to stand up thanks to the director. Bekmambetov brings all his action scenes, slow shots, dust and smoke, and his technical finesse using pastel colors.
The subject of the film, in which we feel that American propaganda is being made, is as follows: Abraham was killed by a fierce vampire when his mother was a little boy. When he grows up, he realizes that vampires do this job. Flaming for his love of revenge, Abraham is saved by Henry sturges, whom he met at the bar while his mother’s killer was about to be killed by the vampire. Sturges is a vampire hunter and helps Abraham in his fight.
It teaches the subtleties of the profession to Abraham. In his spare time, he cleans the vampires in the region, while he spends his full time in politics 🙂 Abraham is thrown into politics and defends the abolition of slavery in the USA. He becomes the first president of the Republican Party and achieves a major victory against the South in the American civil war. Will Abraham, ending slavery, win the war against the vampires?
