Holmes Osborne (Dick Burns) marks his third collaboration with director Richard Kelly on "The Box,” having previously starred in Kelly's debut film "Donnie Darko” and in "Southland Tales.” Osborne's recent feature credits include the romantic comedy "All About Steve,” with Sandra Bullock and Bradley Cooper; the family drama "Dreamer,” with Kurt Russell and Dakota Fanning; "A Lot Like Love,” with Amanda Peet and Ashton Kutcher; and the Will Ferrell comedy "Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy.” His film work includes roles in "Identity,” "Domestic Disturbance,” "The Quiet American,” "Windtalkers,” "Life Without Dick,” "The Deep End,” "Bring It On,” "Affliction,” "Election,” "The Mod Squad,” "Crazy in Alabama” and "That Thing You Do!.” Among his upcoming projects is the thriller "Unthinkable,” with Samuel L. Jackson and Brandon Routh, set for a 2010 release. In 2006, Osborne starred in the HBO drama "Walkout,” directed by Edward James Olmos.
