With the decision taken by the Council of Ministers yesterday and published in the official gazette today, the places where theater, cinema and cultural activities are held will return to serve at full capacity as of Monday, October 11th, 2021.

With the same decision, it was decided to reopen entertainment venues such as nightclubs and discotheques with a capacity of 50 percent in closed areas and 75 percent in open spaces. The spectator capacity in the stadiums will be increased from 50 percent to 75 percent.

In the audience to be taken in the said places, those who were removed as part of the fight against the epidemic; It will be necessary to have a “Green Pass” certificate, which certifies getting vaccinated or tested, or having recently recovered from Covid-19.

The Coronavirus Science-Technical Committee (CTS) also recommended the government to increase capacity in theaters and cinemas to 80 percent. While 30 people died due to the virus in the last 24 hours in the country, 3.023 people were diagnosed with Covid-19.
