The link between meditation and happiness. Most of us live stressful lives. Some of us can manage this, some of us increase this congestion even more. Stress is sometimes inevitable, but there is also such a thing as stress management. The concept of meditation, focusing on one’s own breathing, closing one’s eyes and turning inward, is very useful at this point.
We have heard the concept of meditation a lot in recent years, but we do not know exactly what it is or how it is done. Does meditation really work? Yes, it works. I know this from my own practice and experience. The international training I received also played an important role.
As someone who has been studying the subject of happiness and life for years and asking, “Is happiness within us?” I know the connection between meditation and happiness by appearing on stage with a theater show called. Meditation works for everyone, in homes and workplaces.
Meditation makes us aware of things. In its shortest definition, we can say that meditation is a mental practice that people use to focus their attention and awareness on a single point. This practice helps reduce stress, improve mindfulness and self-acceptance.
Meditation can be done in different ways. Even focusing on the current “moment” is a meditation. But it usually involves sitting in a quiet place if possible and focusing on the breath. It also involves focusing on the thought, but you need to be able to let the thoughts come and go. Because we are not just our thoughts. They are temporary.
Authorities now accept that meditation is a very useful practice that will radically change a person’s life. While the authorities accept it, the number of people who make meditation a part of their lives has also increased…
Years ago, I realized the importance of holistic health and made meditation a part of my life within the scope of “wellness”. During this process, I want to share with you what I saw, experienced and heard in myself and around me.
Regular and long-term practice of meditation clearly reveals the difference before and after meditation in a person’s life. It is now a fact revealed by scientists that people who meditate have a better understanding of inner peace than people who do not meditate.
Because meditation is, first of all, a practice that helps focus a person’s attention and awareness on his inner world. He was able to meet his inner world… It is now a fact revealed by scientists that a person has a better grasp of her own feelings and thoughts…
Those who live a life away from meditative factors may have more difficulty in achieving inner peace due to stress, anxiety or external factors. At the same time, the possibility of experiencing more anxious and difficult days due to mental disorganization and constant flow of thoughts will unfortunately increase at a similar rate.
Meditation is also a physically effective practice, although it may not be noticeable. Putting our body in a slow mode during meditation slows down blood circulation, increases breath awareness, and reminds our whole body to rest, take a break, and be still. It reduces stress on the body and brain. It also balances our hormones.
The hustle and bustle of life keeps us energetic. Yes, it is good to produce and work, but sometimes it is necessary to take a break and rest the soul, body and mind. Whoever achieves this will have established the connection between meditation and happiness.
