French fashion giant Balmain’s collection to be exhibited at Paris Fashion Week was stolen 10 days before the fashion show. Balmain Fashion House Director Olivier Rousteing announced on his Instagram account that his own collection, which will be exhibited at Paris Fashion Week between September 25 and October 3, was stolen.
Stating that the truck carrying the collection was stopped by unknown people near the airport in Paris at night, Rousteing stated that his 50-piece collection was stolen from the truck whose driver was attacked.
Rousteing stated that he would re-prepare the 50 stolen pieces and prepare them in time for Paris Fashion Week. The French press reported that the collection, which was stolen 10 days before the fashion show, was designed for the 2024 spring season.
