Gnocchi is an Italian delicacy. You can find it in almost every cafeteria and restaurant on your trip to Italy. How about making a very easy to make, very new flavor in your home kitchen?
As we said, it is very easy to make, and shaping is the most fun part. The sauces are entirely up to you. I chose a sauce with minced meat and it was delicious. I couldn’t get enough of eating. That’s why I couldn’t help but share it with you.

We Make Easy Gnocchi
4 boiled potatoes
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
flour as it takes
Butter (for frying)
1. Mash the boiled potatoes thoroughly so that there is no roughness.
2. Add eggs and spices and mix.
3. Add the flour in a controlled manner until it has a soft consistency that will not stick to the hand.

5. Throw into bubbling water. The ones that come to the surface soon are cooked.
6. Fry the gnocchi in butter until lightly browned, without stirring, and serve with any intense sauce of your choice.
