A musical journey to the memories of 1973

Memories of 1973. In 1973, there were no Youtube, no CDs, no online radio channels specially tailored to each music taste. There was no computer, no internet. In short, there were none of the meiums that are an integral part of today’s youth.

So what would people do to get to know the new songs? For those who have never experienced 1973, it is hard to feel or guess, of course… Let’s say you saw a 45-record record or longplay in a music store. It’s new but it’s a closed box for you… You never know what kind of music it is. Isn’t there a way to listen and have an idea before buying?

Of course there were… For example medium wave radio stations… Powerful radio stations that can be listened from different countries… For example, Radio Luxembourg, Radio Monaco, BBC radios are the first ones that come to mind… New music played on these radios we are talking about It spread immediately outside of the tear and led the youth in the selection of the plaque to be purchased. It should be noted that there were no private radio channels outside of the USA in those years. Except for Radio Luxembourg, they were all state radios. There was already a pirate radio identification for Radio Luxembourg.

Now let’s listen to the most popular songs of 1973 together. Let the young people of today have an idea, and the young people of that period should make a journey towards the memories.
