Materials
2 purple carrots
1 carrot
1 large potato
1/2 small celery
6-7 green beans
1 handful of peas
1 red onion
1 large cucumber
1 leek
1 piece of pumpkin
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 slice of beef bacon
Salt & Pepper
Water (enough)
1 lemon zest (when serving)
Preparation
All vegetables are cut into small pieces. Chop the onion finely, cut the bacon tiny.
Beef bacon is lightly cooked with onions in hot oil. And then put all the vegetables on it, salt and pepper are planted, water is added to cover it, cooked on low heat until the vegetables soften completely. Water may be added during cooking, depending on need.
If desired, the whole of the vegetables, if desired with a hand blender, extra virgin olive oil on top of it, then lemon peel grated and served hot.
