Hanging out on social media for hours makes kids more nervous

According to the study examining child behavior, children who spend more than 2 hours a day on social media are more impulsive.
According to a study conducted at the Eastern Ontario Children’s Hospital in Canada, overuse of social media causes children to make bad decisions, develop eating disorders, and even increase the likelihood of attempting to use drugs.

Two hours limit on phone

Analysis of 4 thousand 524 children aged 8-11 years for 10 years in the study, using more than 2 hours a day smartphones and sleeping less than 9 hours of children behave impulsively said. Scientists believe that children between 5-17 years of age should exercise at least 1 hour a day, spend 2 hours at the front of the screen and sleep at least 9 hours a night without interruption.
