Is there someone on your Facebook friends list that you are secretly interested in? Facebook wants to tell your feelings to your secret love. The company is launching a new feature called “Secret Crush”, which will allow people to tell people they like it. This means that if the person you like likes you, a match will take place and you will both receive notification.
This new feature is being developed as part of Facebook Dating. Released last year, Facebook Dating allows users to match people who join the same events, members of the same groups, or friends of friends.
The feature is currently available in Colombia, Thailand, Canada, Argentina and Mexico and is now available in 14 countries. These countries; Philippines, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, Laos, Brazil, Peru, Chile, Bolivia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Uruguay, Guyana and Suriname.
Stating that this feature will allow users to match their friends, Facebook said, “According to our information, people believe that there is an opportunity for romantic relationships in their wide circle of friends.
People who enable the feature will be able to select the “people you like to express” likes. The feature will allow users to select up to 9 people.
If this person uses Facebook Dating, you will receive a notification stating that you like it.
If this person adds you to his or her list, a match will take place and you will be able to talk to each other.
If the person you like doesn’t use Facebook Dating or hasn’t created a Aşk Secret Love ’list, they won’t receive any notifications.
