Any weight gain is obviously disheartening especially when you are working so hard to meet your goals. Try not to be discouraged by this. The most important thing is to stick with it and you will succeed.
There are a couple of things to look at initially. Did you weigh yourself at a different time of day to record your results? On the same scales? Make sure you are using consistent methods to weigh yourself. We do advise first thing in the morning without clothes. Have you completed your Food diary in full and not missed counting anything? You need to make sure you are eating at least 1100 calories per day without exercise. Your metabolic rate will not change to drastically, but you need to get your body back to normal Remember only water has 0 kcals and all foods and drinks consumed must be recorded.
You also say you are exercising every day, do you eat these calories also? Exercise calories are calculated as being expended over and above your basic activity level set and are calculated on your personal details. Any exercise/activities recorded earn you additional calories to consume. The number of expended calories is shown in your food diary summary box. These calories have been expended and therefore can be consumed with confidence. Eating them will still allow you to achieve your weight loss goals. I have included a link which should explain this more.
Especially women, can experience fluctuations in weight for many different reasons. Water retention, PMT, hormonal changes can all play a part in weight gain which will be temporary.
Stick with your goals and you will find your body adjusting and weight loss will happen.
