Weight Loss and Thyroid  
If anyone with an Weight Loss and Thyroid has had any luck losing weight?

So many people too have a thyroid problem, but there is hope!
Just be careful with what you eat. you need to avoid broccoli, cauliflower, peanut products, soy, cabbage, & Kale. These all have a negative effect on the thyroid and actually aggravate the symptoms. Keep walking, drink lots of water, and think positive! you can do it!
