Yes, it may be that kind of movie. I want to melt people's heart. Alchemist written by Coelho is my favorite book, it really changed my life. I always thought why it wasn't on the scene, but now they are making it. I'd like to be a part of such a story. Well, of course I cannot be an 18 year-old shepherd but…(Laughs). You made a duet with Kibariye and everybody talked this. What is this duet's story?
I called her. I asked my friends if Kibariye was making an album or not. They said yes and I called her. While I was writing the lyrics of Yak Butun Fotograflari, I dreamed of Kibariye's voice. When I called her she was very happy and excited. A few days later we went to the studio and sang the song. She is a nice woman and deserves the best songs.
For Tarkan, who is the best woman singer in Turkey?
For me, it is always Sezen Aksu. The sincerity in her voice is incredible. While you are listening to her, you feel her heart. There are a lot of men and women who think themselves as a singer. Unless they sing from the bottom of their heart, I don't care their good voice.
Can you give some names?
No, don't ask me this question. They know themselves. Well, I'm also very teasing. By saying such things, I cause a sensation but let them know themselves and try to develop their skills.
I wonder something… First Mustafa Sandal, then Serdar Ortaç (although he apologized) and lastly Kiraç. Why does everybody try to annoy you? Is it popular to annoy Tarkan?
Actually, it doesn't help them, moreover, they lose from their fame. Because, annoying me or trying to hurt me means annoying my fans. I never give an answer to them. Maybe I should make them feel relaxed. Because, at the beginning, I might be arrogant. However, I learned the real fae of fame and I sent warm messages to them. It is very popular to tease me nowadays. But the child inside me is fed up with such things.
