Let’s go to Notting Hill, the quaint district of London; The colorful houses that resemble cotton candy lined up admire them. Portobello Road Market, set up on Saturdays, is also located in Notting Hill! In this colorful market where hundreds of antique products are sold, there are also appetizing stalls where you can taste street flavors. We also loved Churchill Arms, which we did not visit without visiting this area. This pub, which has a wonderful view as well as outside, hosts a classic English bar and a very delicious Thai Restaurant.
Covent Garden was a region I liked as much as Notting Hill. Thanks to its proximity to the hotel where we stay in London, we took breath at Covent Garden at every opportunity! The square of the district covers an area like a passage & bazaar called Apple Market. In the passages, there are many famous brands’ shops and several cute restaurants. The restaurants on the lower floor of the passage have a seating area opening to a common courtyard. Street musicians perform great in this courtyard.
There is another courtyard that is very close to Covent Garden and I can definitely see. Its name is Neil’s Yard for this cute place. We admire the colorful buildings and cozy atmosphere of this courtyard, which houses a few restaurants and cafes.
London does not end with writing… As you travel, the energy of people increases, as you dive into the narrow streets of the city, you are amazed by the route you plan. Even though the fatigue in your feet brings you to the end of the day, you are falling asleep to relive this magical city… And when the last day comes and goes, you find yourself planning your next trip to London!
