Crispy on the outside and icy on the inside homemade fried ice cream is the best dessert of the summer. Although it may seem troublesome, it is actually quite simple. Try it at home and you will see how easy it is prepared.
Materials
• 800 g Maras milk ice cream
• 2 egg whites
• 1 cup coconut
• 3/4 cups of coarsely drawn hazelnuts
• 3/4 cup corn flakes
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar
• Half a teaspoon of cinnamon
To fry:
• 2 cups of sunflower oil
Preparation
1- Cut the ice cream that you remove from the freezer section of the refrigerator into ten equal parts.
2- Quickly roll each piece of ice cream in your palm before melting.
3- Blend the balls in grated coconut and take them to a plate of trough.
