Dina Manzo reveals she fled New Jersey

Dina Manzo reveals she fled New Jersey after finalized her divorce and won’t se sack on Rhonj.

When The Real Housewives of New Jersey returns this summer, don’t expect to see original housewife Dina Manzo stirring up drama in the cast.

The 44-year-old Dina Manzo, who just launched her own skincare line, said she won’t be returning to the Bravo hit – and it has nothing to do with her long-standing feud with sister-in-law Jacqueline Laurita.

“I [live] in L.A.,” Manzo told Fox 411 in a recent interview. “I don’t live in New Jersey anymore. I went through my divorce this year [and] I moved out to California, so it didn’t make sense.”

Manzo went on to explain that Bravo wanted her back for the show’s seventh season – which will chronicle bestie Teresa Guidice’s return from prison.

I don’t live there.’ I have an apartment here in Manhattan but I don’t live in New Jersey, so I don’t see how that could work.”

Manzo’s divorce from husband Tommy Manzo was finalized back in February. Their wedding was chronicled on VH1’s My Big Fat Fabulous Wedding. Manzo is currently dating businessman David Cantin, 35.

Just because Manzo’s a Califonia native, though, don’t expect to see her on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills or The Real Housewives of Orange County anytime soon. Manzo says reality TV isn’t for her.

“It wasn’t what I thought I was getting myself into, and I realized that.” Manzo explained. “I’m kind of the person that if it’s not comfortable and it doesn’t fit who I am, I walk. You have to be happy and if it doesn’t sit well with your soul, you have to listen to that.”

Dina Manzo is not the only New Jersey housewife who won’t be back for season 7. Amber Marchese exclusively told PEOPLE back in November that she wouldn’t be returning – focusing instead on her second battle with cancer.
